We have created a number of service options specifically designed and tailored to the various needs of our clients.
Compared to their (Incandescent and Halogen) predecessors, LED Landscape Lighting Systems operate with very few problems, but with a little TLC they will function and provide you with enjoyment for many years and even decades to come!
With this objective in mind, we have created a number of service options specifically designed and tailored to the various needs of our clients.

Standard (on an as required basis) - Service Option $95/hr
Our Landscape Lighting Technician(s) are invoiced by the hour with a minimum 2 Hour charge per service call. All materials and supplies are invoiced at cost plus 15% (plus GST). All hours (in excess of the 2 Hour minimum) will be invoiced at $95.00 (plus GST) per hour.

Spring/Fall Tune-Up - Service Option $325/Year
This service option is based on performing One (1) service call in the Spring and One (1) service call in the Fall for a total of Two (2) service calls per calendar year. Our Landscape Lighting Technician(s) will inspect all lighting for correct operation and will make any adjustments and repairs if necessary. They will perform adjustments (ground conditions permitting) to lights that may have been accidentally moved or knocked over. This service option is based on our Landscape Lighting Technician(s) spending a maximum of Two (2) hours per service call. Materials, supplies and all additional hours (over 2 hours per visit) will be invoiced in accordance with the terms and conditions of our “Standard Service Option” rates.

Seasonal Lighting - Service Option Inquire
Some (but not all) of the Flood Lights we install have the capability to have the colour of their lenses changed, which makes them extremely versatile. The Seasonal Lighting Service includes for both the installation and removal of the colored lenses. Lens options currently available are Blue, Red, Amber & Christmas Green – Quotations Provided on an Individual Request Basis
