Warranty Policy
Subject to General Warranty Terms and Conditions and Limitations offered by the manufacturer(s) of the products we supply and install (please find links below), The Landscape Lighting Company (hereinafter to referred to as “The Company”) hereby offers the following Warranty Commitment;
The Company agrees to make any and all repairs for defects resulting from the installation of all (new) light fixtures and equipment (including wiring and connections) for a period of One (1) year from the date the installation has been completed and accepted by purchaser.
The Company does not provide any warranty on (pre-existing) Equipment or Wiring that may be used.
The Company does not provide any warranty on (new) Equipment or Supplies provided by Third Party Suppliers.
The Company does not provide any warranty resulting from the abuse or mistreatment (howsoever caused) of supplied and installed equipment.
The Company does not provide any warranty resulting from damage to supplied and installed equipment resulting from pets or rodents.
The Company does not provide any warranty resulting from damage to supplied and installed equipment as a result of natural events caused by mother nature.

The Company does not cover the labour to replace defective fixtures and or equipment, but would be happy to facilitate the exchange of any fixture and or equipment on behalf of the purchaser that has failed, as long as the failure falls under the warranty guidelines and as offered by the respected manufacturer.
The Company would be happy to facilitate the exchange and replacement of the fixtures(s) and or equipment for a (minimum) charge equal to that of Three (3) Hours Labour at the published hourly labour rate. This amount includes for the facilitation of the warranty claim directly with the manufacturer and or supplier, pick up and transportation of the new fixture(s) and or equipment from the supplier’s warehouse, removal of the defective fixture(s) and or equipment, installation of new fixtures(s) and or equipment and transportation of defective fixture(s) and or equipment back to our supplier warehouse.
Please note: This amount does not include for any additional time spent on site in excess of One (1) Hour. Any and all (additional) time spent on site will be charged at our published hourly labour rate.
Please also note: any and all consumables and supplies required to facilitate the exchange of the defective fixtures(s) and or equipment will be invoiced separately and in addition to the labour charge.
